At Total care we examine our patients to identify the body’s points of weakness or excessive strain, in doing so we observe simple movements that help us with our diagnosis.  We will then discuss with you the most appropriate treatment plan and give you an estimate of the likely number of sessions you’ll need to effectively treat your condition.  If in the rare event your ailment is not likely to respond to osteopathic care we will of course give you advice to help you seek further care. We will also be happy to consult alongside your regular doctor

At Total Care we offer everything from soft tissue manipulation to Muscle Energy and Neuro Muscular Techniques to care for our patients.  Unlike this last sentence we won’t blind you with science.  Whilst treating you we will explain fully what we recommend and how this will benefit your healing process.
